OUR STORY
Enzina began at home, with the way we thought about food for our own family.
As parents, we found ourselves paying closer attention to the everyday things our children were eating. Not just meals, but the treats, desserts, and familiar foods that are part of growing up.
We did not want to take those moments away. We wanted to make them feel better.
Cookies and treats became the place we started.
Inspired by the food we love in New York and the simple, ingredient driven approach we have always admired in Europe, Enzina was created from a belief that familiar treats can be made with more care, more balance, and better choices.
What began in our kitchen grew into a New York cookie studio shaped by family, tradition, and a deep appreciation for the classics.
