    Cookies are baked in a studio that processes dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we follow strict cleanliness and handling practices, ENZINA is not an allergen-free kitchen and cross-contact may occur.

  • ENZINA cookies are baked fresh and are best enjoyed the day of arrival.

    To store:
    Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3–4 days.

    To reheat (recommended):
    Warm in a 325° oven for 3–5 minutes until soft and gooey inside.

    Freezing:
    Cookies may be frozen for up to 1 month.
    Reheat directly from frozen in the oven for 6–8 minutes.

    Orders are baked fresh and prepared for scheduled pickup in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.
    You will receive a confirmation email with pickup details once your order is placed.

    Limited hand delivery may be available within Brooklyn and select NYC areas.

    Shipping
    Select signature boxes are available for nationwide shipping.
    Orders ship early in the week to ensure freshness and avoid weekend transit delays.

    Each box is carefully packed to preserve texture and quality during travel.
