Cookies are baked in a studio that processes dairy, eggs, wheat, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we follow strict cleanliness and handling practices, ENZINA is not an allergen-free kitchen and cross-contact may occur.
If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.
ENZINA cookies are baked fresh and are best enjoyed the day of arrival.
To store:
Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3–4 days.
To reheat (recommended):
Warm in a 325° oven for 3–5 minutes until soft and gooey inside.
Freezing:
Cookies may be frozen for up to 1 month.
Reheat directly from frozen in the oven for 6–8 minutes.
We bake everything fresh to order and coordinate shipping, delivery, and pickup on select days to ensure quality and timing.
SHIPPING
Shipping is available nationwide and goes out twice a week.
Shipping days: Monday and Tuesday
All cookies are baked fresh the day they ship and carefully packaged for transit. Orders are processed on a rolling basis and included in the next available shipping day.
Once your order has shipped, transit timing is handled by the carrier and may be affected by delays or weather.
PACKAGING
Each order is baked fresh and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Cookies are individually wrapped and arranged neatly inside the box to preserve freshness and protect them during transit.
We are currently finalizing our signature packaging a clean white ENZINA box designed to reflect the same care and detail that goes into every cookie.
In the meantime, orders may arrive in a temporary shipping box while we complete this transition. The product and quality remain exactly the same.
For larger orders, multiple boxes may be packed together securely for shipping.

Hand delivery is available in select Manhattan and Brooklyn neighborhoods.

SHIPPING AVAILABILITY
Matcha Latte and Peanut Butter and Wild Berry cookies are currently available for local New York City delivery and pickup only while we finalize the best way for them to travel.
Nationwide shipping for these flavors will be added once they meet our standards.

All cookies are baked to order in small, limited batches.
Availability is limited each week and orders may close once capacity is reached.
